HOW DO WE PRODUCE OUR RETRACTORS?

Like most of our accessories, the various versions of the RETRACTORS are produced in our production site in Rezzato near Brescia. The production phase starts from the realization of the stainless steel spring, the real “heart” of the system. About ten components are necessary to assemble the LOCK version (the one with the spring block). In a first phase the stainless steel spring is fixed in the nylon pulley. It is then positioned on one of the sides and “pre-loaded” to give the right force of use. The cable used is in pure dyneema with a 1.5 mm diameter polyester cover. The assembled RETRACTORS are finally checked and packaged one by one.
