Like most of our accessories, also the neoprene straps are made in our production site in Rezzato near Brescia. The production phase starts from the graphic realization (each band can be personalized and printed with an infinite number of colours) and from the printing on special sublimatic paper. The neutral straps are placed on the surface of the penumatic press (whose surface is heated over 200°) and covered with the graphics. The sublimation process takes place within 50/60″, transferring the colours from the sheet to the strap. The ready straps are then checked and packaged one by one.
